With this print, you can easily build an electric speedloader for your airsoft magazines from an M2A1 Cal. 50 box. The construction is powered by a powerful servo motor and a 7.4v Lipo battery. Optionally, you can integrate a potentiometer to adjust the motor speed or to use more powerful batteries. (A potentiometer also solves the problem of the BBs jamming.) Preparations: • Desoldering the servo motor's circuit board. • Drilling a hole for a button. • Soldering and insulating the cables. • Attaching the Velcro strips. • Sanding and deburring the 3D parts. • Shortening and deburring an airsoft barrel. Needed: • 1x 60kg servomotor • 1x Electric push button • 1x T-Plug connector • 1x Airsoft barrel • 1x M2A1 Cal. 50 box • Some cable Assembly: 1. Insert the servo motor into the motorbody and secure it to the motorbody using the supplied servo motor screws. 2. Attach and tighten the servo arm to the servo motor. 3. Attach the gear to the servo arm. 4. Assemble the motorbody to the backplate using, for example, 4x ISO 4017 - M4 x 10 screws. 5. Insert the funnel and the airsoft barrel. 6. Insert the components into the box and connect a battery. Ready to fill your airsoft magazines!
