Takoyaki (Japanese octopus balls) are one of my favorite street foods in Japan. Think of a savory, fluffy pancake that’s crispy on the outside and topped with creamy and tangy sauces and lots of umami. Simply put, they’re dope and I HAD to try recreating them for the home cook.
