The Snap-Check C1 Pressure Gauge Test Kit includes all the pressure gauges and adaptors you need to setup, adjust and test hydraulic systems.
A single hydraulic system can have components and or sub-systems that operate at different pressures. For example, the pressure in the housing of a hydraulic pump or motor cannot exceed 70-PSI while the system pressure might be 6000-PSI. It is not possible to use a 6000-PSI analog gauge to read pressures as low as 70-PSI. Also, a vacuum gauge is needed to check the health of a hydraulic pump’s inlet. There are instances when more than one pressure gauge is needed to set up and/or troubleshoot a hydraulic system. The Snap-Check pressure gauge test kit is ideal for this purpose. Gauge scales (pressures) can be changed to suit your unique requirements. The kit also consists of 60” Microbore hoses, which allow technicians to observe pressure while keeping them a safe distance from moving parts. They also allow technicians to observe pressures while operating a machine, which in the case of hydrostatic transmissions is oftentimes necessary. Shipped to you in a compact, rugged carry-case. Compatible with Komatsu machines. The HC-TKC1-SC Test Kit includes: 0 to 30 Hg (0 to -1.0 bar) vacuum gauge with 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test coupler. 0 to 3000 PSI (0 to 207 bar) pressure gauge with 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test coupler. 0 to 6000 PSI (0 to 414 bar) pressure gauge with 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test coupler. Two (2) 60 (1524 mm) microbore hose assemblies. Each hose assembly has one (1) male 'Snap-Check' test nipple and one (1) 'Snap-Check' test coupler on either end. One (1) 1/4 NPT male 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test nipple. One (1) 7/16 ORB male 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test nipple. One (1) 9/16 ORB male 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test nipple. One (1) G1/8 male 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test nipple. One (1) G1/4 male 'Snap-Check' diagnostic test nipple. One (1) M10x1.25 male 'Snap-Check' pressure test connector. One (1) M12x1.5 male 'Snap-Check' pressure test connector. One (1) M14x1.5 male 'Snap-Check' pressure test connector. Pressure gauges are 2-1/2 glycerine-filled, stainless-steel, Bourdon tube-type, dual scale (imperial and metric). Note: Gauge pressures can be substituted at no extra charge (excluding digital gauges). Please indicate during checkout if you are substituting gauges.
