With the outer shell made from 1000 denier rip proof vinyl and then filled and lined with 2cm EVA foam it allows for a smooth shape without any lumps. This means you will have perfect consistency whether you are kicking low or striking high. Combined with the SMAI shock technology innovation to protect and cushion your strikes, this is the ideal heavy punching bag. An easy-to-use mounting chain is supplied, so you have everything you need to get training faster.

The SMAI Water Punching Bag is a great tool for all types of traditional striking giving very low swing by essentially absorbing the force within the bag itself. The water filling generates a very real sense of recoil and feeling that you would get from striking an opponent.

All bags come with commercial D-Shackle, Carabiner Clip and 6mm x 1m length of chain for mounting purposes and ship unfilled.

Filling: simply hang the bag, remove the valve with a Philips head screw driver and fill to weight with water and reinsert the screw plug to seal the Unit. Hose fitting would be recommended.

The SMAI Leather Boxing Speedball range is made from the highest quality leather and materials to offer you a durable piece of functional training equipment.

Available in two sizes, small and medium with different diameters and lengths. Medium size speed balls are great for beginners, while the small size is faster and better suited to intermediate to advanced users. 

Also referred to as speed bags they are manufactured from aniline leather which is very soft to touch but also durable under commercial usage. The unique feature with our SMAI Leather Speedball range is that they are manufactured with a zipper top to allow easy replacement of the inner butyl bladder which may wear out over time.

Ball will ship deflated and requires inflating using a standard ball pump and needle. Do not over inflate the bladder - this will shorten the life of the bladder. Bladders are a consumable and will need to be replaced over time.

The SMAI Leather Floor to Ceiling Ball is made from the highest quality leather and materials to offer you a durable piece of functional training equipment. The ball is used in boxing reaction, timing and co-ordination training. The ball is suspended between two high-tension elastic cables for maximum rebound. Two height-adjustable straps with easy clips attach to any ceiling and floor fixture points you have available. The bag, measuring approx 74cm in circumference is manufactured from aniline leather which is very soft to touch but also durable under commercial usage. The unique feature with our SMAI Leather Floor to Ceiling ball is that they are manufactured with a zipper top to allow easy replacement of the inner butyl bladder which may wear out over time.

The SMAI MMA Grappling Nugget is an ideal tool for dynamic MMA based circuit training. It can be lifted, squatted, cleaned and hit making it a functional piece of fitness equipment for cage fitness programs.

Note: the MMA Grappling Nugget is not a ground and pound bag. If used under extreme conditions such as heavy pounding or throwing onto rough surfaces the life of this product will decrease.

Weighing 12kg Approx and approximately 100cm in height this is the training model of the MMA Grappling Nugget (20kg). Please note as this is filled with rag the weight is not 100% accurate 12kg is a guide but it can vary by +/- 3kg depending on fill as we do not add sand or water to the filling process as this leads to issues
