The first phase of Moscato production is a traditional white vinification. The second stage uses the Charmat method for secondary fermentation in tanks, the wine is bottled under pressure to produce fine, slightly sparkling bubbles and to preserve the fresh and fruity characteristics of the Moscato Bianco grapes.
