Un routeur Wi-Fi 7 tout en hauteur chez Netgear à 700 $

Le Wi-Fi 7 va se concrétiser cette année. Netgear a annoncé son premier routeur compatible avec la nouvelle norme. Le RS700 abandonne le design de vaisseau spatial de ses prédécesseurs au profit d'une conception verticale. Assez imposante (281 x 124 x 142 mm pour 1,63 kg), la tour noire dispose d'un port 10 Gbit/s WAN, un port 10 Gbit/s LAN, quatre ports 1 Gbit/s (avec la possibilité d'en agréger deux pour obtenir 2 Gbit/s) et un port USB-A 3.0. C'est une puce Broadcom BCM6726/3 qui est au cœur du système.
