The European Union 5 Euro banknote issued by the European Central Bank in 2002 is part of the Ages and Styles of Europe issues with a pick number P-8v. Featured on the obverse of the gray banknote are classical architecture and the European Union flag. The reverse of the 120 x 62 mm paper bill features a bridge and a map. The note comes with a holographic stripe and a solid security thread with a demetalized 5 EURO. Additionally, it carries a watermark that shows a gateway and an electrotype 5. This particular 5 Euro banknote with a prefix V on its serial number was issued by Spain and has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
