If the espresso machine only indicates one light after three hours of charging, please check your power adapter. This coffee machine only supports adapters compatible with 5V/2A or 5V/3A. Adapters with less than 10W power can not charge our device (e.g. Apple 5W adapter).
The device can’t be used while charging and can not heat up water when its battery drain the last one drop.
If the power lights flash 5 times and the machine beeps 3 times while using, it indicates the power is too low. Please operate after fully charged.

The voltage detection line of the battery may fall off during shipment or delivery, causing the machine to display only 25% battery power (1 light bar) for a long time. For this case, we will send you a new machine.
Te surface of Nespresso’s capsule is harder than others, so please push in the capsule firmly and tighten the portafilter.
Please use cold water to run the device for the first time or long-time unused to clean the inner part. Just simply pour water into the water tank and double-click the power button to start.
